Dave has aerated my lawn two years in a row. His service is high quality, he shows up and the cost is reasonable. If you are thinking of renting an aerator and doing the job yourself to save a few bucks, don't kid yourself. Dave is a pro and his results can't be duplicated with a DIY approach.

If you're looking for lawn aeration, I can't recommend Dave and Cooper enough. They are quick, efficient, and professional. In a day and age when it's tough to even get a call back from most contractors and services providers, Dave and Cooper standout for their responsiveness and quality of service.
They have done my Aeration twice now. My fescue in the fall, and my Bermuda this spring. The turfco machines they use pull great plugs.

David came on time, keep me up to date with the schedule and would give a free advice how to take care the lawn after aeration. The works are great, complete within time frame and thoroughly. The price is unbeatable. Definitely will use his service again for future aeration.

We used them for core aeration. They are very easy to work with and they did a great job on the lawn. They’ve got those heavy duty ride on machines that pulled some great cores and got deeper than expected cores in some of my trouble areas.
Dave and his son have aerated my lawn multiple times now. Each time the experience has been top notch, from the customer service and responsiveness, to the quality and care of their work. I will continue to use Dave annually.
I’ll never rent an aerator again. Great value for great service and Dave Everspaugh is a friendly and honest operator. The heavy stand on aerators they use pull deep cores out of the lawn regardless of how dry the soil is. Look forward to them coming back around next year.

The worker showed up on time and took extra measures to make sure our driveway wasn’t damaged from heavy equipment. He was very courteous and did a very thorough job of plugging our grass even on some slopes. The cost to do our yard was very reasonable - probably the same cost as renting a machine and spending half a day sweating behind a walking machine that isn’t near as thorough as their professional machine - and a whole lot safer. I would definitely hire Everspaugh Lawn Services again.
